Dr John Craig
-The manager and co-owner of the property, is a professor at Auckland University in Environmental Management. He has a long research history in ecology and biodiversity conservation, serving on a number of Boards and Trusts.
Recently awarded the Charles Fleming medal for environmental achievement, he is both internationally and nationally recognised for his contribution to conservation and restoration work.

As a co designer of Tiritiri island, he has had invaluable experience in large restoration projects.

Dr Anne Stewart
-As assistant manager and co-owner, Anne has had many years experience in both the conservation and horticulture fields. Currently managing the plant nursery and horses, along with overseeing the renovation work
